input reps and input weight filled out

I just started a weight lifting program and for the shoulder exercises the input reps and input weight is already filled out; I thought we were supposed to fill that part out ourselves b/c for other exercises the i.r. and i.w. is left blank for me to fill out. Is this a glitch or should I follow the input reps and weight?
e.g. <<<<<shouldnt this part be blank>>>>
set # repetitions input repetitions input weight used
1 15 10 repetitions 15 lbs
2 12 12 repetitions 15 lbs
3 10 10 repetitions 15 lbs
4 8 8 repetitions 15 lbs
5 6 6 repetitions 15 lbs
