I have not used this site before, and still getting to grips with it...
I love playing a range of sports, with rugby being my main passion. I am currently training to get back into rugby, as I was forced to stop playing due to a bad injury.
Any advice relating to conditioning for sport, mainly rugby focused would be great.
If anyone has any queries, I will do my best to pass on any knowledge and advice that I have picked up, so please dont hesitate to ask.
