I was wondering just how accurate the fitness calculator was on this site? Does height have no bearing on this measurement? It is greatly different than the result I had at the gym.

I find as most of us do that it is way off, especially in the carbs and fat. You have to cut it back.

Does anyone know a site with a good fitness calculator? one that isn't off as carivan said ?

Thank you carivan! I never knew such a site existed. How wonderful that it does all my food intake calculations for me. I've never had the patience to compute all those quantites before - this site makes it easy! Merci beauçoup!

I've been using it for about 6 mths and haven't missed a day. It really woke me up as far as my caloric intake.
