Hello, I just joined this group to sorta help get direction on what I should do. I am 30yrs of old, weigh about 220 and am 5'11". I have a free gym access where i work out at. Unfortunitly, there are no offical personal trainers at this gym. The staff has pointed me in a direction but signing on to get more of a better idea. I attend the gym in the morning before work three times a week. What makes it tough to come up with a plan is that I am trying to develope a weight training plan for olympic and international shooting. Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.
