Hi gene, I'm kayleen and i'm a newbie too! I have 40kgs (88lbs) to loose and i need all the help and support i can get. I have previously just been using an exercise bike and a cross trainer but i'm excited to get onto the weight loss plans that they have here and maybe shed what i need to :)
