So i have officially joined a gym, I am ready to do this on my own. Ready to commit. There is just one problem, I am not sure on what to do for a workout when i go to the gym. What to do everytime i go to the gym. how many sets, or how many reps. etc. any advice.
Hey, Taylor. I just joined the site myself, but I found a free workout here that is perfect for first-time gym workouts. I am actually going to start mine today. I've been to the gym before, but I never really had a plan going in, so I'm hoping this will help me get back in the swing of things. Good luck!
