hello guys n gals im pretty new here but am trying to take a new turn in life and trying to lose weight, ive always been a "big guy" and well im gonna be honest i need help. I have man boobs is there any advice any one could give, such as what is a good excercise for the chest thanks!

Keep up the courage and stick to your exercice program, eat clean and often, rest enough and you'll soon see all the wanted results! It takes a little time but you're young and if you just stay determinated you'll get there soon. Good luck!

Her is a few bottom liners to cover the basics. To lose the man boobs, you need to lose body fat. Chest exersizes wont do anything, you need to burn calories, and reduce your bad calorie intake. Begin w/alot of fat burning exersizes. Fast walking, running, circut training, biking. Work your way up to an hour each day for 6-8 wks. Look at what your eating; stop eating/drinking anything w/sugar in it. Try the above-you will see the results.

hello to all, i'm also new on this site ..all i want to know is, for how long do i have to wait to get the results for abs excersice to show? i do crunches and few other things for obliques ..i also want to know that i'm have a heavy chest so will the excersize increase my chest and make it more busty as that i really dont want...plz help me on this and advice me some excersice for reducing upper chest size ...thanks.

stick it out and stay determined, your results will show your hard work...clean diet and excersize! that is the key keep your head up...

For the man boob thing id say go with cardio clean diet.Bench press and flyes 3 sets for chest a week.
