How heavy?

In the program that was desgined for me it shows number of sets and number of reps.

Sets 4 Reps 14, 10, 8, 6


My question is do you start out with heavy weight or light?

I know I can not get the exact weight but lets say my max bench press is 160 how heavy should that first set be?

Thanks that does help! I was wondering about the 14reps!
