Hi.
I'm not new to exercise (ran 5 5k's this summer), but have been off for two months due to a knee injury. I recently got a gym membership and am intimidated by all the machines! But I am trying to get back into shape. My goals are strength training and getting back up to a 3 mi. run. Oh and too loose the few pounds of Christmas cookies! :)
