Im new to working out. I dont have money to go to the gym and i only have 10lb. dumbells. Can someone tell me what to do? I love running though in the spring and summer but the fall and winter seasons worry me. I weigh about 170 lb. and am 5'9
Look a various body weight exercises. Chin ups, pull ups, hand stand push ups, regular push ups, various ab and back movements can work too. If you can do 20 pull ups in one set, you're a genuine bad ass. Look on the web for body weight stuff. Look at Bodyrock TV. Try kettle bells. You can do a great deal with 2 0r 3 weights in kettle bells.
