I’m doing the ab program and the lose weight / tone program at the moment and I definitely think the ab program is working, I can feel my abdominals harden up. The thing is though; you can’t expect to develop a six-pack by exercising alone if you also have a few extra pounds of fat in your tummy region (like me). The thing is to define your abdominal muscles you need to shed those extra pounds of fat that are lining them. But as I said earlier I can definitely feel my abs getting stronger.
