I got back on the exercise routine today after being lazy for about 3 months. It felt great to get back in the gym, though I was very aware of what I had lost. Hoping to keep motivated, which is always a problem with me... and also to get to the gym 3 times every week - usually I can make 2, but getting there the 3rd day is really hard for me - and I know it would make a huge difference and I could reach my goals. So... here we go.
