I slice of grain bread with a cup of low fat cottage cheese. 30 grams of protien in the cheese 5grams of fat
the bread is good carbs with about 4 more grams of protien 1.5 grams of fat and 17 grams of carbs.
so you have 34 grms protien and 6.5 grms of fat and good carbs the bread is one slice. Hope this helps.

I use a low carb whey protein. It mixes easily in water and I can take it with me to the gym, in the car, and even keep it at my desk at work. The brand I use has 3g fat and 44g of protein in 2 scoops. There are 220 cals and 4g of carbs. It's very convenient (doesn't need a blender - just one of those shaker cups and some water). I buy the vanilla flavor in bulk and add a pinch or two of sugar-free Jello every so often to spice up the flavor when I need a change (orange, raspberry, whatever). Probably not as enjoyable as the cottage cheese or swiss cheese sandwich, but it is very convenient - and low in fat. Just my 2 cents.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
