I have lost 52 lbs,quit smoking,quit fast food,soda,processed junk.I eat healthy and exercise.I don't know why I did not do this earlier in my life.I feel great at 46 because I changed my life style.It took me over a year to lose 52 lbs.I quit smoking first and that is how I gained weight a bad back.I always had a soda..atleast three a day..very little water.Fast food several times a week and my at home meals were not always healthy.I put off exercise and diet.Finally, I started slowly and I still have some goals.I am learning everyday new ways to nourish and work my body for optimal health.I came here in search of friends and information.

Well done Vikki, do you know smoking destroys vitamin C in the body, so good for you by quoting. Keep it going.

--Very nice to meet you. I have not lost anymore even though I could spare another 15.I am trying to build strength now with work outs.My favorite is Zumba.I also have started weight training for the last 2 months.I am getting muscles now where I never had before.I have become addicted to exercise.I never thought I would.
