Hi, I'm right there with you. I'd say first things first, go to "Find Exercise" and start a plan. I just did. Don't be discouraged by the slow start you'll be amazed at how soon it becomes habit and how soon you'll start seeing results. Just remember to stick to it, it takes 30 days before a habit is truly formed. Good Luck! I'd be happy to help anyway I can. :)
