Missing a week

Due to an upcoming trip, I will miss three workouts at the gym. At best I will only be able to do some conditioning exercises such as push-ups, crunches, etc. in the motel room while I am away. Any other suggestions as to how I should handle this absence? Many thanks,

for cardio perhaps you can jog or walk around the motel area, also, does the motel have a fitness center? if so, you can use that as well.

One week is nothing. Eat well (clean!!) and enjoy and don't worry about the gym. You'll be back after a week feeling rested and a lot stronger to hit the weights hard!!
