Hi!  I'm a 30 yr old mother of 4 and I hope this site is exactly what I needed.  I'm basically here because my husband, who is taller than me, weighs 10 lbs less than I do and looks way more fit:-(  I used to go to the gym but when the cold North East winter came, I was stuck inside the house in the warmest clothes I owned lol.  Paying for a gym membership you dont use is rediculous so I sadly cancelled it aboout 2 months ago.  Now I'm ready to start doing something again but I'm stuck.  I dont know where to start, what to do, how to eat right.  I've never worked out from home because well, who wants to workout at home when the couch looks so comfy and alone haha.  I also deal with the starting then stopping of getting fit.  I start and I'm good for a few days then that comfort feeling sets in again and I find myself not doing a damn thing.  My biggest downfall is myself and my lack of motivation.  You would think getting in shape would be motivation enough but with 4 kids, I'm exhausted most days.  Any help and well words would be gratly appreciated!!

Motivating to exercise at home I think is hard for everyone I have found that using sports active for wii and keeping track of my eating habits and calories with my fitness pal app seems to keep me motivated I also am a member of a gym but I workout more at home than I do there since I've had the wii console good luck I hope you find what works well for you

I do have a wii but my kids don't even use it anymore so it's packed away.  A few of my friends have started a 30 day challenge on Instagram so here I go with the real Day 1! lol  It doesn't take much to start but it's keeping up with it that will be hard.  I'm determined this time though!!  Thanks for the support kkatz61!!
