Just want to get back into shape and dont know where to start. I had a workout customized on here but dont know where to start diet wise. Any suggestions?
Hi! I've heard that eating 4-6 SMALL meals throughout the day helps. That way you don't feel hungry. When you feel hungry, that's your body's way of telling you that it needs something. I'm one of those people that can't eat when I'm not hungry so this is challenging for me. I usually NEVER eat breakfast but I've noticed that if I eat like an orange or even a piece of toast in the morning, I'm not starving when lunch time rolls around. Portion size is key!!
