I am married and have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
I recently began a fitness program of sorts. My mother lives with us and I got here a Bibycle/Eliptical machine. I have been exercising on it for about 30 minutes a day for the past month. My wife, Diane, has a goal to lose weight and encouraged me to join here at a wellness center where we have started water aerobics for 45 minutes daily.
My present goal is to participate and finish a 5k run coming up in the next few weeks.
I have been toying with the idea of becoming a personal trainer... Is that a crazy idea or not?
I was excited to come across this site and looking forward to getting to know some of you.
