this week is the last week of my first 8 week program ...... i really love this and im feeling great and i want to continue .... i signed up as a beginner on the general training program ...... i need to know what the next step up is and how to get my schedule for the next 8 weeks .... i have looked at everything but im not sure what to click on so i can start my new program next monday ..... this is a fantastic site and you guys are greattttttttt ..... once i see how to advance to the next stage i will be able to go from there ..... i want to make sure i will have my program ready and not leave anything to chance ..... this is really important to me .... im not in bad shape just not in the shape i want to be in ...... thanks to you guys i am getting there ....... i have made up my mind that being strong and looking good is better than being out of shape ........ thank you again .....

I assume you just repeat the procedure you went through to get to the first 8-week program. I’ll be finishing my 8-week program next week so I guess I’ll find out then. Hope you work it out :o)
