Hello all. My name is Stephanie. I am new here and wanted to try something different. I have been trying to walk every other day for about 30 minutes, but it is raining and I do not have access to a gym at this moment. I need to lose some weight to help with my depression, my sore knee, my health, my ability to play with my kids, and to feel sexy for my husband. I need and want to lose the weight.
