Hey, I wrote in the other message board but i thought that i would write in here too. I need to get a workout plan going because I want to be ready for cheerleading. I am a Base (for some who might not know that) that is the person who holds people up in ther air. I am also a very good gymnasit but i need to get my arms and legs strengthened. So could someone please help me figure out a workout plan. Or atleast a weight-lifting plan.
