When is the best time to take Creatine (Morning? Afternoon? Before I work out? After I work out? etc.)? Also, I know that to build muscle mass, I need to eat my weight per gram in protein daily. Is that everyday, or just the days I work out? Also, at what time of the day does your body need protein the most?
Take your creatine with water b4 and after you workout. Have your protien everyday and make sure you have protien after your workout also. Hope this helps.
