Hello you lot just a question as to what time of day shall I do this as I work a shift pattern which means I finish at different times each day meaning I get home around 8pm on the latest evenings. Can it vary or should it be a specific time could it be in the morning on a couple of days or evening the other days, when I get home from work or at work not sure

Really anytime is good to workout, just as long as you workout on the days that you're suppose to.

mornings are good because you start off with an empty stomach..plus it gives you energy to start off the day..i find that my intensity level is higher when i workout in the mornings versus evenings..after a long day of work..my energy level is dragging..but everyone is different..try both asnd see what works for you...good luck!!

Working out in the morning is definately a great time to workout. That gives you the rest of the day to feed your body all of the nutrients it needs. But, like the others have said, anytime is a good time.

workout whenever, just as long as your working out! i mean dont do it at like 12 am...lol i do my cario at 5:40 a.m every morning m-f and lift at night when i come home from work...saturday i rest and sunday i also do cardio in the morning but when i wake up! no early morning waking for me on the weekends! lol
