just wondering how many days to train my chest,biceps,triceps,abs,etc..
and when doing sets should i increase the weight or leave it the same after each set? thanks...

We all have different training goals. Just make sure you give your muscles at least 48 hrs rest to recover before working them again. Some only train the same muscle once per week. While training 3 times per week,I work 1 muscle 1 time per week (except abs 3x) and increase the weight for each set, that is one of my goals. But that is just me.

If you are just starting out then u may have to experiment a little - Carivan is right....we all respond differently to exercise but the priniple of building muscle is the same for everyone....train - eat -rest. I would stick to hitting large bodyparts (like chest) to once a week - calfs and abs can be hit more often. You should increase weight and intensity at a gradual level to ensure good progress - in time you will "just know" when a bodypart needs working and also when a bodypart needs rest. keep going!!......and goodluck
