I am 19 I am 5'10" 165 I am not fat but kinda have a pot belly i wanna tone down my arms and get my stomach flat as well as flattening my pecks. Right now i got a plan on here it is for 4 weeks I exercise Monday, Wednesday, and Friday according to it here is the exercises it has me doing Push Ups, side laterals, chins between chairs, can curls, dips behind back, home squats, and calf raises. Should i do a new plan or will this work? Also I only have 1 dumbell so on teh side lateral can i just do one arm at a time or should i do both somehow?
