Hello I am new to excercise period. I want to do this because I have Multiple Sclerosis and have gained weight due to fatigue and not moving as much. I want that 20 lbs. to go back where it came from and not to come back. So I thought I would look around for some routines to help me out. So far, so good. It's not really strenuous and not real hard to keep up with the fitness training. I have alot of motorskill problems and the workouts they were doing on some shows would have me ending up on the floor because I'd loose my balance or they were going to fast. This is nice because I can go at my own pace and the excercises don't compromise my balance. Now, root for me and hope I loose the weight. lol. Felicia
