I posted this in the newcomers section, but I realize it might be more relevant here.
I have just recently started working out (2 weeks ago) and I notice that I do have sore muscles after a good workout, except for my pecs. After each workout I notice that my forearms arm usually getting a better workout from bench presses and other pec exercises.
What's a good way to build up my pecs and just my pecs? I'm pretty new at this so any info would be appreciated, thanks!
What chest exercises are you doing now? It may be, that in an attempt to lift heavier numbers, you are not isolating the pecs, and thereby 'cheating' too much by calling in auxillary muscles in order to get the weight up. In other words, check your form, and lower the poundage if you have to.
