I am Jiwan from India. 32 Years old. I have been working out at Golds Gym bangalore for 2 years and suddenly due to a shoulder surgery, had to take a break of 18 months from Gym. Now i have joined a local gym to resume my workout. However I lost all my stamina and strength which I had before. I need the guidance and motivation from you all to get back in shape and do better than what i have done before. Thank you all in advance :)
Congrats to get back into after all this time and an injury. That's not an easy feat to overcome. It takes discipline to really stick with it and get back into it. Hopefully you will be able to bounce back quickly and see results, just start slow.
