I will start with a little bit about me. I am 39 years old and have hit that proverbial wall in life where I don't WANT to get in shape I NEED to get in shape. I have 2 little girls who are the world to me and when I found myslef not being able to keep up to a 14 month old and a 5 year old, I knew something had to be done. Currently I am at about 205 lbs and not happy with that at all, along with the fact I do not like the way I look. So I gave myself a goal to meet or even better... exceed. I started this fitness journey in February at 219 lbs with the goal to get to 180 lbs by Febraury 2017. So far so good.. and really I have my wife to thank for getting me motivated to join the gym she is going to. Hopefully I can come back in February 2017 and say that I exceeded the goal I set more myself. If anyone has any tips, tricks or recommendations... please pass them on.
