I have never had this problem before, but I have belly fat that will not budge! I am trying weight lifting, diet changes, etc. Anyone have any tips that have worked for others?
Exercises for 15-20mins every second day. Lots of water drinking, no alcohol als possible...and only good suGars!! (If u are still love chocolate u can always eat dark chocolate) in youtube are lots of abs workouts u can do everywhere! Success!
