Hello all, I'm a newbie here and just made my workout plan with the gym workout training wizard. I noticed that my 4-day standard split always has core + some other muslce group. I was under the impression that we are suppose to train larger muscle groups first, so why is core muscle exercise always comes first in the training plan? Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!
