I just signed up as a beginner and my personal training outline has me working out on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Do I need 2 days of rest between the 1st and 2nd workout? I have been going to the gym for about a month on Mon., Wed., and Fri.- this fits my schedule perfectly.

well I haven't been on the site that long either..But I have been working out for a few years (just getting back after a long break) and this is just my Opinion.
I don't think that the days you work out are as important as doing the excersises that are suggested, and making sure you get 2 rest days a week. If mon-wed-fri fits your schedule better, and you feel you get enough rest per week, then I think you should be fine.

speeder is right, it doesnt matter what days you work out.
