I am somewhat of an established lifter but my problem are is my pecs I can not seem to establish any mass to build on and do not have the luxury of a spotter for heavy bench. I am looking for possible suggestions on good excersizes to build mass

I've been having a similar problem.

So far I've found the best method is using dumbells... it's a lot easier to target the pecs using freeweights.

dumbells are free weights, but anyway you can find my chest work out in this site just search for it
