Hey guys, my Name is Sameer, and I'm currently 18 years old. During my junior year of high school, I took Personal Fitness as a class. Basically it was a weight-lifting and gym class. It got me in the best Shape I have ever been! Senior year came by... and I gained back some weight... Now I am determined to Lose it all back, and get in even better shape than I was in Junior Year! I have lifted weights before, but am still a noob when it comes to proper diet and form, ect... so I hope you guys don't mind me asking questions every now and then!
