Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
My main reason for starting to go to the gym is that I have fibromyalgia. My GP has said that one of the best ways to manage it is exercise. It will also help keep my weight down. As I am now in my 50s it will also help keep my bones strong.
All that's left is to figure out a plan or exercises to do.
