Hi, My name Delightful Dee, I joined a fittnes center in March 2016, started doing yoga on Monday and Fridays in March also. In the last couple of monthes I have added in weights . I have lost about 38 pounds but i have 7 more pounds to go to hit my goal weight. I joined this group to get freash ideas . As I hit a plateau. I work out on the eleptical,stepper, bike, treadmill and also do weights Sun,Tues,Thurs, I have had a total hip replacement 5 years ago but I do not let that stop me from my exercising,Any suggestion to help me out would be great. Thanks
