I have a question. I Am 14 I am 5,11. Well I was notcing in benching my right hand is stronger than my left. Wondering how I can get the LEft Stronger too. Iv'e been doing Dumbbells and other excerises to help but any key Excerises that will help?

SIngle arm dummbell press. You can also lower the weight you're pushing and concentrate on pushing with your left and just stablizing with the right.
