I worked my calves out 2 days ago through the FT.com program. I was doing standing calf raises on the calf machine. They didn't hurt or burn to bad after the workout, they were hurting a bit yesturday, but today they're killing me! I'm having a hard time just walking and I'm supposed to work my calves out again tommorow, but I think i'm going to let them rest some more.
Anyways, I think my main question is, is this an injury or is it just sore muscles? I haven't worked my calves out that much before. thanks.

It's not an injury but just VERY sore muscles. Calves seem to do that........ (o;
Don't worry it's only the first time, you go ahead continuing working your calves (when the first pain is over!).

still not okay!
I can barely walk again today, and it doesn't seem to be getting much better :(
I think I pulled something.

Where does it hurt? Fron or back? Burning or like pressure?

it's high up on my calves, kind of behind my knees but a bit lower.
It's getting quite a bit better, I think the nightmare has ended!

I have that happen to me everytime I work out my calves. I am wobbling around my college like a crippled person 3 days afterwords. My class mates all give me a hard time because i canbarely walk lol. Its normal.. The pain goes away each time.
