So I just found this site and am all signed up and ready to get started tomorrow. I'm looking through my calendar and see in most categories it tells me to chose just one excercise per grouping. Is it best to constantly change between the options or stick to one thing. Any suggestions are welcome. Also is there an app for this site or is it limited to just the web? Thank you for your time!
