Hi Aleeyah
The muscle groups chosen for each day depend on the workout configuration when you first choose the workout. The body is always split up in such a way that you train every muscle once per week, so if you want to train only 2 or 3 days per weeek, then it has to combine muscle groups in order to fit them all into 2-3 days. The only way to train only one muscle group per day is to train 5-6 days per week, which might not fit your schedule.
