I need help finding a workout routine for weight loss I'm 5'5 170 pounds I'm eating about 1700 calories a day. I jog for 1 hour 30 in the morning and 30 min once i start my main workouts do cardio for 30 minutes and do dumbell exercises for another 30 min and im doing 10 pound dumbell just to be safe I don't want to hurt my self any workout advice would be great...
