HI ALL
I have monkey arms and legs and its difficult to beef em up since they are sooooo long! People say good comments about my chest and the upper parts of my body but its hard to get bigger on my arms and legs. Is it because im small boned? My body looks very unproportional. Ive never worked out my legs but im considering to.. What would be a good workout to beef up my legs? And if so, could you give me instructions(weight, reps, set)advice and so forth. much appreciated thanks

Try doing a leg routine of Squats, leg press, straight leg deadlifts, and seated calf raises. Do this workout 1x per week and you should see some good gains on your legs, I am assuming you are male. Please fill out your profile so we know more about you.

Yeah if you have never done legs, then it is your fault they are thin LOL. Good news is that with squats you will put muscle on all over. Add them and leg presses and other leg exercise to balance it out. For arms add curls of all kinds in but stay with the barbell curls as a mass builder, do preacher curls (have someone show you how), and dumbell curls. also if you do not do them add bent rows, deadlifts and chins to you back day, these will add meat to your back as well as add some to you forearms and bis. also you triceps are 2/3 or you total arm mass work thoseheavy...use skull crushers, kickbacks, pressdowns (cable). You should see some gains then...
-------------- IF YOU CAN STILL ITCH YOUR NOSE AFTER ARM DAY, GO DO ANOTHER SET!!!

I posted this in another forum, but I think it applies just as well here...http://pub33.ezboard.com/fbulkandpower48873frm4.showMessage?topicID=36.topic

Thanks you guys for the feedback!! I live in an apartment complex with no access for squats. But we do have access to a leg press and seated calf raise. Would this be good enough? I finally filled out my profile i apologize for the delay. how many pounds should i work with to start it off? reps/sets?
Thanks you guys
