You could end up overtraining. if you work your bi's in the morning and then your back at night you won't get as good of a back workout because your biceps assist in all your back movements. if you realy want to work out twice a day do opposing muscle groups, or a large muscle in the morning and a smaller, assisting muscle in the evening - chest Am and triceps or shoulders PM, that type of thing.
Are you new to working out or is this just a new routine you are trying? because that will make a difference also.
Good Luck!
Or you could do wieghts in the morning and cardio in the evening and reduce your risk of overtraining.
