Resistance Training for Swimmers

I am getting back into triathalon training after a 10 yr layoff. Need to develop more upper body strenth for the swim phase. Any specific exercises that will improve my swimming?

All of them!
But seriously - shoulders, rotator cuff exercises, lats/back exercises, chest exercises, leg exercises..abdominal work. You pretty much want to strengthen your whole body...
