I've been reading much about morning breakfast. What is a healthy meal ect. and I have found many sites that say skipping morning breakfast is beneficial and others say it isn't. I can't personally see how when attempting to buid muscle it's beneficial to fast until Noon or so but maybe I'm wrong.
Does anyone here skip the AM breakfast and workout/exercise on an empty stomach? Are the benefits the same as say a light or moderate breakfast, which I would imagine fuel your workout and provide additional energy to maximize results??
