Hi, somebody knows what is the input weight used. in the exercise program. there is a table that includes the number of repetition and the input weight used. I dont know what it is.

Welcome to Fretrainers and good luck with your new program. The "input weight used" is the weight you used. enter that weight into the box. Simple as that.

If you're new to weight training it might take a little while for you to figure out what weights are right for you, just start light and increase the weight until it becomes a challenge for you to lift, yet not so much that it becomes impossible for you to complete your reps.
