Hi guys my name is Bri. I've always been an atheletic person grew up playing competitive soccer. I am currently 25 and not feeling comfortable with myself. I am looking to loose weight but also build muscle. How has it been for everyone else since they started using free trainers. I would like to hear some feedback and also some tips to help me out as well.
