i am so excited. i must share the news with all who are in shouting range and all who can read this...
i started my ab training 1 week before i was supposed to (so i'm doing the 1st week twice) and i'm already seeing the results. i have upgraded from what i call a 2 pack to a 4 pack. i can now see 4 distinct muscle separations. i'm so excited and i just can't hide... i'm about to lose control and i think i like it!
now there's still plenty of fat covering the muscle but i'm just so happy to be able to SEE that there's muscle underneath.
thanks soooo much freetrainer.com

Just wait 'till you get half way through...the program gets tougher, so your results should be even more noticeable then!
Good job!!!

I echo those thoughts. I've already completed 3 weeks of my overall 8 week program and the 12 week abs, and I'm definitely seeing changes. I am definitely geeked.

I'm finding the ab program very repetitive. I'm in my 4th or 5th week, and i've been doing the same 3 exercise's but with just increased reps and days. Also I don't find the side twists to be working my abs a whole lot, maybe i'm doing them wrong.....

I was wondering about the side twists too. In the new ab program (professional) I saw that near the end, you actually do side crunches.

The side twists are working alright for me, I just use my hockey stick.
The things I find help the most are keeping my head absolutely straight, when I twist I make sure I go as far as I can, and it's absolutely imperative that you breath out when contracting your muscles and breathing in when not contracting. This has made all the difference for me. Try to flex your abs as hard as you can when you can't twist anymore. Hope this helps.
