Hey guys my name is Piper, I'm 29 and a new mom of 5 month old Rori. Well im back down to my prepregnancy weight but everything is so different! And squishy! Lol
So it's hard to juggle both mom life and working out, I was feeling so sad about the new me and im just hoping being a part of this community and signing up for the muscle fitness plan will help get my old.. eeer younger looking... bod back!
Did anyone else notice that the muscle fitness plan doesn't include ab workouts? Cuz those are what i need the most lol. Currently doing leg lifts, crunches, planks among other exercises i admittedly dont know the names to! Lol
